The card I created in the video was super clean and simple. The images in this FREE stamp set have a very sketchy, artistic style and coloring them in different mediums can be fun for people who enjoy coloring. I love watercoloring and this set is perfect for watercolor. It's also a great set for using Blender Pens, which is what I used in the video to color in the ducks. The sketchy lines of the images have just enough ink for blending out while still keeping the outline of the image intact.
I used Designer Series Paper for this card, from the Design a Daydream pack. I love the color combination and patterns in this pack! Another product I shared in the creation of this card is the **NEW** Decorative Circle Punch. This is one of those punches you'll reach for over and over again. It's a great size for smaller images and so great for sentiments, too! I know this will come in handy when I'm creating my Christmas cards this year. Using punches is an easy way to create decorative panels for your stamped images without the need for a die cutting machine.
While exploring this Sale-a-Bration FREEBIE, I created a couple more cards using the other main focal images in the set. The figs card uses some additional patterns from that fun, Design a Daydream paper packet. The fox card I created for a team card swap showing off a Sale-a-Bration item. The sentiment on that card is from the Waves of Inspiration stamp set. I also used the Timber 3D embossing folder to add some texture to the layer panel on this card.
