Clean + Simple: Lovely You

Stampin' Up! just released their brand new Annual Catalog for 2020-21. It's loaded with tons of new product and I'm also happy to say, much of the Spring Mini catalog also made it into the Annual so we have another year of fun with some of our favorite Spring products! One of the highlights of the Annual Catalog is the reveal of a new set of 5 In Colors each year. These are good for two full catalog seasons and this year was a knock out of the park! I'm using three out of the five new In Colors on this Clean & Simple card design--- Cinnamon Cider, Misty Moonlight and Just Jade. Not only do these colors look great together, they coordinate beautifully with SO MANY color combinations in our established color palettes!

I had a blast making this quick and easy card. I started with a whisper white thick card base and layered on a whisper white panel after adding some texture with the Subtle embossing folder. I then layered on a couple of die cut panels from the Tasteful Labels die set in Cinnamon Cider and Misty Moonlight, popping up the latter with dimensional adhesive. I then used a leaf sprig that I die cut from the Forever Flourishing dies in Just Jade. I cut this piece in half with my snips and adhered it diagonally on top of the Misty Moonlight panel. I then stamped a sentiment using the Lovely You stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a whisper white panel that I punched out using the Lovely Label Pick-a-Punch. This punch is a great value. You can create 6 different label ends for sentiment strips from 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thick and any length you need. Very clever!! The final embellishing included two rhinestone gems and a cute linen thread bow. Sweet and simple. This would be a great card to make if you needed multiples. There's some die cutting involved but the cards come together super fast once the pieces are cut.

I hope you enjoyed the card for today!! If you would like to shop the brand new Stampin' Up! catalog you can find my store right HERE. Thanks so much!!
