Another week of card-making and today I'm sharing another card featuring the Boho Indigo Medley from Stampin' Up! You can watch the video for the card this week HERE.
I'm having a blast playing with all of the delightful product included in this medley. The only extras I've added are the Misty Moonlight ink pad and some of those wonderful Gilded Gems. Both pair perfectly with the rest of the products included in the medley.
So this week I played with a few of the different vase images and I used the dies included in the set to cut out some foliage. To get the lighter vases I just inked up the stamp in the Misty Moonlight ink and stamped it off once before stamping the vase images onto my project. I kept the ink full strength on the center vase to make it stand out and to add some variety. After playing with these products and creating this clean and simple version, I took it a step further and added some additional foliage die cuts in a darker shade of
green, added a layer panel of misty moonlight under the focus panel and then last, added a strip of one of the gorgeous patterned papers to enhance the design. I love both versions but that enhanced version is "wow!", don't you think? Which version do you prefer? I'd love to hear your feedback.
