Hello there! I'm back this week with another fun Christmas card idea, this time using the Words of Cheer stamp set for the sentiment and pairing it with the Stitched Snowflakes Dies and that gorgeous Wintery 3D Embossing Folder. You can watch the VIDEO , or keep reading for a closer look at the card and supplies I used...
So the card this week uses a blend of supplies rather than a bundle. I started with a base card in Shaded Spruce, embossed a panel of Pool Party with the Wintery 3D embossing folder and then die cut some stitched snowflakes from the Stitched Snowflakes Die set. In the video, I also show you how to use a blends marker (in Poppy Parade) to color the white baker's twine so it matches the ink I used to stamp the sentiment from the Words of Cheer stamp set. I think this is a fun combination of products and an easy way to put together a simple Christmas card that is cheerful with a touch of whimsy. I hope you enjoyed the card and the fun little customizing technique to color the twine. I'll be back next weekend with another clean and simple idea!
