Clean + Simple Card: Peaceful Place - Beginner Christmas Card

The card I'm sharing today is a great beginner-friendly Christmas card design! You can see how I put this card together by watching the video HERE, or keep reading for a list of supplies you need and the dimensions to cut the card stock!

So to create this sweet and simple card, you really need minimal supplies and it's a great way to get started making Christmas cards from scratch. You would need to order the following supplies to create this card:

159229 Basic White thick card stock

159236 Basic White Medium envelopes

102482 Real Red card stock

147084 Real Red ink pad

156394 Peaceful Place DSP

Watch the video for step by step instructions, but pre-cut the papers to these sizes so you're ready to go when you watch the video:

  • Basic White Thick cardstock - 11 x 4-1/4"; lay the long edge at the top of your trimmer and score at 5-1/2"

  • Real Red panel - 5-1/4 x 4"

  • Peaceful Place DSP - 5 x 3-3/4"

  • Basic White Thick cardstock - 3-1/2" x 3/4" for sentiment. Punch the ends in your Lovely Labels Pick a Punch before stamping the sentiment. Having the finished size label will help you to center the stamped sentiment properly.

I hope this card has inspired you to try making your own holiday cards this year! This could be the beginning of a wonderful annual tradition---it's certainly one of my favorite traditions of every Christmas season.
