Clean + Simple Card: Boho Indigo Medley Series - Week 3

Today I'm sharing a couple more clean and simple cards using the Boho Indigo Medley from Stampin' Up! These products can be found in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog for 2020-21. I just noticed as of this post, that the inventory status on this product is showing as "low inventory" so if you're loving these samples and considering a purchase, you should act fast so you don't miss out or at the very least, have to wait a while for a refill to occur.

The video showing how this card came together can be found HERE. For a closer look, keep reading...

So this card features some of the pre-printed, gold-foiled die cut foliage embellishments in the medley. I started with a base card in whisper white thick. I layered on a couple of strips of the designer series paper in two different patterns. I added a vase in Misty Moonlight card stock using the dies in the medley. I included a gilded gem as another gold embellishment and stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set in the medley using the Misty Moonlight ink. I'm having such a great time using this product medley! It's really so versatile and fun! I think having all the products come in one purchase, purposely put together to coordinate really helps in the creation of beautiful cards. Stampin' Up! makes it so easy!! While I had the products out, I played with another idea...

For this one I started with the same Whisper White Thick card base and added a wider strip of the designer series paper right down the center of the card, top to bottom. I used a layer panel in whisper white, stamped a vase image from the stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink (I actually inked up the stamp, stamped off once on scrap paper and then stamped on the layer panel). I added a foiled, pre-printed die cut of foliage to the card, stamped my sentiment and finished it off with a Gilded Gem. Another quick and easy card that looks so pretty because all of the products work together so well. I hope you're enjoying the series! I'll be back again next Sunday for one final week of ideas in this series. Then its time to move on to products and projects from the brand new 2021 Jan-Jun Mini Catalog!! Have a great week and a Merry Christmas (to those who celebrate!!)
