Hello friends! Today I'm kicking off a little five-day series of projects to get you crafting for Christmas and thinking about how you can add a handmade touch to your holidays this year. These projects I'm sharing are not just for Christmas, they can be adapted for all of the fun holidays coming, from Halloween to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hannukah, etc...

They can also be adapted for year-round sharing and fun. I hope you'll join me this week on YouTube each day, so you don't miss any of the creative inspiration I'll be sharing.

Let's kick off the series with a fun fold card that makes a lovely Christmas card, but could also be decorated for any occasion...

To see how this project comes together, you can watch the video tutorial HERE.

CUTTING AND SCORING GUIDE for this project:

  • Granny Apple Green card stock - cut to 4-1/4 x 11" Long edge is at top of trimmer/score board and score at 2-3/4, turn around to opposite end and score again at 2-3/4"

  • Basic White - cut two panels 4 x 5-1/4"

  • Real Red layer - cut to 3-3/4 x 5" (emboss with Eyelet 3D embossing folder Inside patterned paper strip - 3/4" x 4"

For all of the projects in this series, I'm using the Jolly Holly stamp set and the Label Me Grateful dies to decorate the projects. You can see these below, and find these at Stampin' Up! products right HERE in the Online Exclusives section of the website.

I hope this project was inspiring and that you'll try making it in any theme, not just Christmas! Tomorrow I'll be sharing a fun treat box project, so I'll see you then! ~ Kristine
